Trees survive wintry blasts, facing everything winter throws at them, and yet they are resilient.  A winter-hardy tree prepares for winter long before the ice arrives by increasing the sugar contents in its cells.

Join us for pancakes and maple syrup as we reminisce about the last winter season of our lives while preparing for the one ahead, while tasting the sugary sweetness of the trees.
