Following our current theme “Opening Ourselves to Awe and Wonder”, join in this opportunity for forest bathing and meditation. Our time together will be guided by prompts to help us to let go of linear black and white thinking and definite answers and step into the Great Mystery.
Starting from the church (2688 Penrith Ave.) and entering into the forest, we will prepare ourselves together and then head off through the woods, listening to the wisdom of the natural world all around us, with gentle invitations for consideration. We will then reconvene for a time of sharing and reflecting on our experiences.
Come with an attitude of experimentation, playfulness, and a readiness to connect. (weather appropriate attire is also very handy!). This experience does include some terrain that might be difficult for those with mobility issues. If you would like a recorded meditation, please contact Ingrid.
