Gratitude invites us into reciprocity with the land, allowing us to lean towards right relationship.

Join us for a meaningful journey into reciprocity with the land, beginning at Weird Church. This guided hike will lead us up Davis Main to the stunning Perseverance Potholes, a place ideal for quiet contemplation and profound connection.

What to Expect:

Our time at the Perseverance Potholes will be dedicated to rest, reflection, and deep listening. We will collectively engage in practices that foster gratitude for the natural world and encourage us to lean towards a more harmonious relationship with the environment around us. This is an opportunity to slow down, observe, and connect with the rhythms of the land.

What to Bring:

To ensure your comfort and enjoyment, we suggest bringing the following items:

  • Something to sit on: A small mat or cushion will make your time for reflection more comfortable.

  • A journal or art workbook: Capture your thoughts, observations, and creative impulses as you engage with the natural surroundings.

  • Snacks: Fuel your body for the hike and your time of contemplation.

  • Water: Stay hydrated throughout the journey.

  • Weather-appropriate clothing and footwear: Dress in layers and wear sturdy shoes suitable for hiking to ensure you are comfortable regardless of the conditions.

We look forward to sharing this enriching experience with you as we collectively deepen our relationship with the land.
