For those feeling uncertain about the state of the world, this 75min workshop will include mindfulness, basic breathwork and gentle movement. Leave this session feeling more connected to community, gain skills in resourcing yourself, and listen in to your intuition to set intentions for the coming year.
Led by Tina Willard-Stepan. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and/or yoga mat with you if you have one. Max 15 participants, ages 15+
