What: Grief brings up an array of emotions that can be overwhelming, confusing, uncomfortable and unexpected.  We will meet in community and hold space for those who grieve. You will be supported to seek healing and health through reconciliation as you move forward re-creating meaning and purpose in your life.

How: Each week we will explore and learn about the many facets of grief as we make space and honour the experience of each participant. We will practice tools that support your journey through grief. Included will be various artistic activities, designed to express feelings, thoughts and life experiences that are difficult to verbalize. Much of our work will be based on the researched findings of Dr.Alan Wolfelt.
